VEGGIE BITES

2 cans (8 ct.) crescent rolls

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese

1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry Ranch Dressing mix

¼ c. mayonnaise

1 med. green bell pepper, chopped

1 med. Sweet red bell pepper

¾ c. cheddar cheese, shredded

½ c. broccoli, chopped

¼ c. fresh mushrooms, chopped

 

Unroll and press crescent rolls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚ until brown. Cool. Combine cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise. Spread over crescent rolls. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over the top of the dressing mixture. Chill. Cut into small squares and serve.
